February has been frigid and it’s hard to imagine that spring will arrive in time for our little seedlings to be transplanted at the farm. Planting seeds when it’s below zero outside is definitely a “trust the process” moment.

With spreadsheets, timelines, advice from friends and the right tools, we are on our way to our first year of farm-fresh produce! We can’t wait to see these little guys turn into big heads of lettuce, kale, spinach and more.

Winter isn’t all about waiting for warmer weather though. We’ve had fun using our snow shoes to track our animal neighbors through the forest!
